Can I put my keyword in my while doing guest blogging?

Dear Friends, I do the guest blogging, While I post my blogs to other websites, Is it right to put my keyword as anchor text? I am hearing that Google is going to penalized the spam guest blogging. what are your views regards this.

    Dont do exact Match anchors until you have a BED of normal/random anchors.

    Making exact match anchors without a BED of diverse links will get you penalized.

    I would say that it's all about diversity really. There's no problem with including the occasional mention of a keyword within anchor text, but you need to think about the balance of your overall link portfolio.

        I didn't though - you may want to re-read: unlike you, I didn't recommend using exact match anchors at any point.

    I don't think there's anything wrong with using anchor text for the images that are in the blog post, just as long as the keywords are relevant and are best for the readers of the blog. Just don't stuff keywords and you should be fine!

    If the keywords are relevant you may. Try a combination of below for safe results:
    1. Phrases of keywords with anchors
    2. Keyword proximity rather than exact same keyword phrases
    3. Use anchor title as that means a lot more than anchor text.
