To ezine or to relevant blog?

I have a few articles related to health and cars niches.

I'm thinking about publishing these articles to ezinearticles, or i can just publish these articles on blogs related to health and cars niches.

Ezinearticles has big DA/PA and good PR. So i'm thinking, for example, i can publish my health article on a PR2, DA ~25, PA over 30 blog (the same niche as mine). Or for example, the same niche blog with a PR3-4, DA over 30, PA over 40. Which option would give the best impact for SEO?

    I would always recommend publishing to a relevant, well maintained blog, rather than submitting to an article directory.

    Is there something stopping you to have an article in both ezine and the blog. If you got hold of some blog in your niche with high authority, go ahead and publish there. Ezine is always reachable when you have an artcile. You can really not avoid / ignore an article directory like ezine.
