No one is going to want to have their adsense account associated with a banned account - the second Google detect the association, that account will also get banned; especially if it is on the site that the original ban took place on!

I have seen services offered online that guarantee adsense approval regardless of whether you've been banned before. From what I could gather they use some sort of aged domain and set you up with a new account name. Can't speak to the validity of the claim, but its worth investigating. Do a search for 'guaranteed adsense approval'.

They are scams. To open another account after being banned is fraud.

    Banned
Like syncon said. In the US all you would have to do is get a business tax ID number & use that instead of your personal info.

Problem is, you said you've been banned & don't know why. Odds are you'll eventually be banned again unless you can figure out why you was banned in the first place.

If you are not guilty you can send e-mail to adsense support and explain what did you do in past few months.

My account has been banned and after my explanation (i have doubled traffic over FB) and they have re-enable my account.

But if you know that you are guilty (first read AdSense TOS) then you are out for AdSense. Also they know more than you about your behavior on the internet Google is big brother

You should contact them if you didn't make anything against TOS.
They will definitely unlock your account. But don't try to lie, because they see everything.
