Can I Have some Adsense program

hi, this is my first post here ,
want to ask u all internet gurus, i have a blog (blogspot) and just recently signed up for GoogleAdsense program... i dont really understand it's TOS as they use some technical words that i dont know.
i want to ask , will Google approve and allowed my blog to join adsense while i already have text link ads,banner ads link which i got from other site..?

    IMHO, what Google adsense TOS says is you're not allowed to have similar Contextual Ads like adsense. Google do not want your visitor confusing other products as Google's ads also. So, permanent link and banner will be OK I guess.
    Just my two cents.

      i just received email from google adsense, and they reject my application. they provide some criterias that could be the reason of rejection.
      oh they say that my web must in highest level of domain. "see my signature link<--- that is the highest level, right ?
      also my blog is active for more than 6 month.
      don't know what the source of rejection...
