SERPS Results Tracking App Recommendation?

Hi, I have quite a few domains and I'd like to track their SERPS placement to monitor the effectiveness of my SEO, but I don't want to do it manually for each keyword. I'd like to setup the domain and keyword I' interested in, hit a button, and have it tell me where I am for each keyword and my history, so I can see at a glance if I'm improving.

I already have SEO Elite, which I'm almost positive can do this, but I don't want to have to launch a desktop app to do it if possible. I'm looking for a web app where I create an account, tell it what I want to monitor, and then it can send me a report on defined intervals or when I rise or fall in position, etc.

I'm sure this exisits...anyone point me towards one you may have experience with?
