Does Google Adwords help in higher position in search for particular Keyword that is advertised?

    Nope, it doesn't.
    However, many people use both SEO and Adwords to drive traffic to their sites.
    You just need a smart combination of the two.

    Organic ranking (natural search engine ranking) have no relation with Adwords. Adwords is an advertising service provided by Google. You can place your website/business advertisement on top, bottom or beside the list of search results page.

      This is right! Adwords doesn't not help your SEO efforts in anyway, it is just a different mode to drive traffic to your website and of course, you have to pay for it. Organic rankings have a myriad of different factors that are taken into consideration before you actually begin to rank.

      I really like what Linkassistant said about using a smart combination of the two. If you can figure it out, you'll be well on your way!
