Sudden Drop in Web Traffic

Hello everyone.
We have been doing fine since the middle of last year. Our traffic significantly increased by September and then suddenly dropped by mid December of the same year.
The new things I did before the drop were these:
I updated our robots file and added another sitemap, making it two. Our robots file only contains the sitemap/s.
I added our site to the Bing webmaster tool.
After the above, our traffic dropped. It was spiking high before that and then it could barely increase after the update I've done. It was pretty much ok.
I did reversed what I did. I took our site off the bing webmaster tool, and then deleted the added sitemap I've put on the robots file.
Traffic went up for a day, and then dropped again the next.
Now, things got worst by the start of February. It continues to drop.
I have already cleared and disavowed poor backlinks. We were getting good results we've had for years until the drop happened.
Oh, I forgot! We also changed our pages' Title tags and added one H1 tag per page.
Any ideas out there? What should I do?
