Smart SEO for my site

Hello folks,

I am running a classifieds ads site with ~300 adsense impressions per day, in which most of the content is user generated ? I am generating traffic majorly from adwords(20%-30%) & returning user(35-40%). Google contributes about 5-10% of my traffic. I would like to know what sort of seo do I need to do on my site so that I have a long term hold . Experts please give me things I need to as per priority .
From the point of view of SEO both onpage(specially h1,h2 h3 tags) & offpage what are the things I need to keep in my mind and what are the things I need to implement.
Also, I am open to use any other network than adsense also.

Any other suggestions please welcome.

      Yes,working on it just now have implemented facebook and twitter sharing of the classified ad.

    Write good quality content that people want to share and get out there on social media.

    Offpage SEO is just linkbuilding. Be very careful what you do with that at the moment, especially guest blogging.

    you should check content before publishing on your site. Try to optimize the pages by H1, H2, follow schema.org. Encourage the user to post upto 100 words content with title 70 characters. So that you start getting the organic traffic. you should more focus on content and webpages. it will help you for long term.
