New Directory .. and Webmaster Tools QUESTION

I created a new directory on my site. This was done with a new installation of WordPress on the new directory, which allowed me to create it fast and simple. My question is, do I need to create a new robots.txt?

Also, would Webmaster tools find that new directory and do its thing without me having to do anything? Will the content from the new directory automatically be included in the existing sitemap?

This is my first time creating a sub-section of a site on a new directory, and am a little confused in this area.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

WordPress creates the robots.txt file if you need it.

Why would the old WordPress install randomly include some pages from other CMS instance to the sitemap? Answer is no, but just use the same plugin that you use on the other site to create the XML sitemap, and paste the sitemap link to GWT.

If you want to. You should also be able to add it under the first site if it suits you.
