Google Analytics Vs MOZ

I have been using Google analytics since 5 years without any issue but recently my client told me together backlinks data from SEO MOZ. After using opensiteexplorer (MOZ tool) to check backlinks, I realized that it shows few backlinks while I can see much more backlinks in Google webmaster tool and Google analytics as referring site.
Do you guys really think that the crawling and indexing of MOZ is comparatively too slow to G Analytics or webmaster tool.
Your suggestions are welcome, what you think can increase MOZ indexing??
