Google Indexing - Specific Question

Hello Warriors,
When a webpage is indexed it immediately appears in 100 (mostly 30-70) Results. But after a day or two it disappears 4ever. I can't understand - what's happening. Any ideas ?
P.S. When I type URL in Google I can still see a webpage.
Also Note: for example, my web page title is: Modern Hydroplane Navigation | Hydro Power Portal Denver
I cant see website for the following main keyword: Modern Hydroplane Navigation
but I can see: Modern Hydroplane Navigation + Denver
But when indexed I was able to see the first keyword in Google search during about a day.
