for the article where your linking to your "money site". How many outbound links to websites do you want on that post?. like 4-5? or less the better so you get all the juice?

thanks.

I would recommend staying away from linking schemes like tiered linking. It may work 6-months or a year, but all that work will be for nothing once Google gets clued in and puts a stop to it.

I'm sure Google is already clued in and are already trying to figure out a way to stop it.

Google wants you to build your brand, so use WEB 2.0 blogs to help build that brand. Anyone with a serious brand like "PhotoLuv" (for example), whoever owns that brand should go out and build every free account they can with that brand name; i.e. photoluv.wordpress.com, photoluv.tumblr.com and etc... you get the picture - pun intended

Then add content about your brand/business. Link back to your "money site", which is a term I don't like to use anymore since we are building brands now, not building fly-by-night / turn-in-burn affiliate EMD sites.

ANY type of manual link building is technically against guidelines. And 6 months to a year? Sounds good to me. The key is to have a number of different sites going at once.

    What these guys said.

Just write high-quality, sharable content that is on-page SEO optimized (but not too much) and get the word out with social-media.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.

That is the advice for your question.. randomise it. 1 link out to your money page on one page. 2 links out to other pages on another page. No links on some. Randomise it
