keywords and seo questions?

The names have been changed but, trying for keyword lets say " RCA television Review" in goggle using long tail pro. Amazon #1, My competitor's review site #2 with a pa of 17 & a da of 17. their url "mytelevision .com/rca- television /" 69 links, 0 juice and The rest #3 Home depot,# 4 you tube, #5 e commerce site, #6 RCA themselves ,then the rest forums and e commerce sites. When you go to this #2 ranked the Page Heading is "RCA televisions" , content is about 300 words. no where on the page is the full KW " RCA television Review" in fact the word Review is not even on the page in text form. just in a png image tag "click for Review" that leads you to more information on a certain model yost seo would have flagged many errors because the kW is not used at all yet this page is still ranking at #2 with 1.8 million results in Google I'm fairly new at this So any ideas Why this page would rank # 2. for" ** review" when the word is not even on the page.

    It may possible that they are promoting their website with review keywords by using off page seo techniques. So, review in content is just one parameter to rank in search engines. review may be placed as meta tag etc. There may be many reasons behind it.
