Very Well Know about facebook ads but newbie in adword, Please help?

Hey Guys..
Hope you all doing well!
I know how to advertise on facebook and running facebook compaign from last few years but now i need to shift towards adword as well...
But adword seems too complicated...
Is there any video tutorial or any type of website from where i can learn adword easily!!

You can read tutorials or videos etc
but the best way to learn adwords is by testing yourself.
Start with low budget, learn how things work in adwords. You will learn a lot and far more than learning from somone else tutorials.
