cheap facebook cpc worth it?

I noticed something while creating a campaign and playing around with age, country etc... I'm pretty sure this isnt new and some of you may know about this, but if you target countries like brazil or Philippines, you can drop from 30 cents down to 2 cents a click.

The thing is, if your sales copy and video are in english how effective would this be? Has anyone tried marketing to these countries using facebook and how was the results?

Actually even if Philippines are non-english speakers they still understand, read and write english. Facebook in the Philippines is not in our native language all are in English. But I don't know how other advertisers experienced with their ads. I am only doing ads in the US. Maybe you can put an ad using the native language from each countries?

  its not worth in most of the situations
  
  if you sell stuff or affiliate to selling stuff certainly not
  
  if you want some actions that not involve using money and target accept that traffic than yes
