Anyone else having constant problems with SEO Powersuit

Hi guys,

Just a quick one, I was wondering if anyone else is having constant problems with SEO powersuit ?

SEO spyglass and rank tracker are the ones I`m unable to use neither will update spyglass says no backlinks to everything, rank tracker says not in top 100 when the keywords are all page 1 & 2

I have used the free versions for ages without any problems but now I`ve bought the package nothing absolutly nothing but trouble really annoying

I will add I`m on a laptop in Thailand with some cheap proxies

Anyone else having trouble ?

    I have **ALWAYS** had problems with SEO Suite which is the reason I never bought the software and never will. I've been using the free version for like 2 years now and it seems every other month it doesn't work properly. Like it won't update, or it won't open, or it crashes, or it doesn't find links, or it finds 500 links one day then 15 the next etc etc.

    I actually posted a thread about this some time last year. And I believe the owner came in and tried to minimize the problem and make excuses. But I have it on 2 pcs (an xp and windows 7) and its the most buggy software I know of.

    What makes it even worse is when problems DO happen they last FOREVER. At least with ahrefs if there's a bug it gets fixed within 24 hours. With SEO suite it takes them weeks just to sort out a problem. And its a real shame too because I love the software when it works properly. Its just never been stable enough to the point where I'd invest any money in it.

    I've recently had some sort of problem with Rank Tracker. For a few days it seems to have returned inaccurate results, but only for some keywords and mostly in top 20-50 range. Couple of them completely vanished, and then came back. I'd "blame" Google, but the pattern makes me suspect an issue with the software.

    Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.

    @jimkirk1943 and @nettiapina, sorry to hear the software isn't working for you as it should.

    It's hard to diagnose the problem without looking at the specifics. Could you, please, contact our Customer Support center by either submitting a ticket, or joining the live chat?

    You could also set up a remote assistance session with one of our support specialists, and they could configure particular projects to run more efficiently.
