Google Analytics vs Webmaster Tools Question

There's something I can't figure out and I am hoping someone here can explain it to me.

The clicks in my Google Webmaster Tools are like 80 clicks per day, but in Google Analytics I am told only about 30 people visit my site every day. How is this possible? Shouldn't Analytics > Google by providing both search engine and referral traffic?

      Clicks and visitors are 2 different things.

      A visitor is 1 unique person that has been to your website. If he looked at one page, he would count as 1 click. If he looks at 10 pages, he would count as 10 clicks.

      So clicks should be higher than visitors. Look at the page view section of analytics. It should be close to the "clicks" number.
