Adsense Valuation

I have a site that gets 550k page views per month from about 7,500-10,000 unique visitors. I am partnered up with a media company for my niche that generated about $0.30 CPM which brings in most of the site revenue. I don't do much with Adsense as my users ignore the generic ROS ads. How could I make Adsense truly work for additional revenue? My latest idea is to bunch it in with the menu.

    You get 55 page views per unique traffic? Is it a forum?

    I thought I was doing good at 7 page views per unique.

        It is a forum, so I understand CPM dives after many page views for the power users.
