How to include a keyword in every search query?

I included a keyword eg. spa in every phrase match in PPC campaign. Intention is to get visits only via search query having keyword "spa" in them. But am getting clicks for irrelevant keyphrases eg. facial, massage etc.
Pls suggest a solution.

    You need to add negative keywords.

    What kind of spa are trying to sell? The kind you get in?

    I might change the keyword to hot tub or jacuzzi, unless
    of course you are talking about some other "spa."

    You say you are getting clicks. If you don't have a facial spa
    or massage spa, why are people clicking? Does your ad make
    sense to get these clicks?
