I would like to know whether the links from the same blog but different posts to a single webpage, be considered as one link or on the basis of the number of posts. That is suppose I make different posts on my blog at blogger.com and link it to my webpage will it be treated as one link form the whole blog or as different links from each post. Thanks

Each link does count, however I would predict there could be a decreasing return. If certain pages in the blog become more popular over time however, that could be an increasing return.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Multiple links means more power, but 20 links from one site wouldn't be as powerful links as 1 link on 20 sites. All sites being decent.

If you are setting blogs on Blogger etc in order to create backlinks back to your own site, add a few outbound links to other good related informational resources. This will make your backlinks look more organic. It will probably do you more good than bad by doing this. Also, with your blog pointing to various resources INCLUDING your own Google will see it as a more valuable site and resource for it's users.
