My website is getting a lot of viditors. Data from Google analytics is very different from majesticseo for my site. :/ GA showing a total of only 10 visits .
Is any one else here facing the same problem ??

I always check my data through GA and Bing Webmaster Tools.

GA reports traffic data, Majesticseo reports backlinks.

I think GA analytics is quite accurate I have never had any problems with it. From what I understand though some analytic s programs count bots that crawl your site. This can give a distorted view of visitor numbers. Not sure about majestic seo only ever used it for checking backlink profiles.

Check your server logs, some of that traffic is probably bots which won't show on GA.

    ...or keep being paranoid.

I use GA and also statcounter to check the traffic. But I am more comfortable with statcounter, you can check the current status of your website. Who is visiting, from where the visitor and what page the visitor is in. All the details where you cant get from GA.

If you think the numbers aren't correct, you could get another analytics tool. Clicky is one I've tried. You can even install your own, but be careful because they require a lot of resources. If you're certain that the site has a lot of visitors, also check that the Analytics tracking code is properly installed.

Analytics and Majestic SEO show completely different numbers.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
