Hi fellow Warriors, I wonder if anyone can help me out with this-

If you're asked to do a SEO audit for a website that's built around a white label affiliate site script such as from booking.com, ( Offers hotel booking services..) what type of recommendations would you make?

Also, the site is a hybrid of some sort and has its own unique pages....

Thank you kindly! I appreciate your help very much.

Your question is rather blurry and generic, but for starters just go through the basic things, regardless this affiliation, and then dig deeper with the specifics and potentials, do a in-depth SWAT analysis, make some good recommendations and proposals.
When I started working on a similar project - hxxp://HotelsClick.com - I did an extensive audit, following the same route.
So, if you get into more specific details and have a clearer question - don't hesitate to ask, the clearer the better.

    Just begin !

Try and get them to get as much unique content on the site as possible, maybe getting off of the white labeled route and just be an affiliate.

What I mean is that you create a site that can rank well for terms and then have an affiliate link to the sites, that way your client has complete control over the site, it's content and the site doesn't have issues with duplicate content.

      Sir, you #PWND-nailed it !
But the OP is still at the audit phase, your recommendation is valuable, but refers for something that would potentially follow.

I would start with either a rock solid PR5+ domain or start with noindexing the whole data feed section.

Then add a ton of unique content and once the site gets momentum I would remove noindex from a small part of the data feed (let's say one sub directory) and monitor how that performs in terms of traffic.
