Looking for hot seo keywords

Hi, English is my second language but I wanted to share with You my idea about finding some good keywords to expand your site. Please say what do You think about the method.
Okay the method is mainly for sites that are already working. I found that on webmaster tools i can see keywords that are hidden under the analytics stats. So basicly You open Your webmaster tools from google go to Your site, open the middle window (in my language it's named something like searched keywoards) You select the button "with changes" or something similar (You should see now some green and red %) now You should be interested with views not clicks. Select views descending and search for a keywoard position near the 10 (10 search results are the default settings of google) so with many views on a keyword and position near 10 or above you know that people use this typical keyword. I noticed that I find keywords not shown in keyword planner but get a ton of traffic from them. What do You think about this method ?:confused:
