Why no pr update?

The last Pr update was done on dec 6, its almost May, so almost 5 months? I bet there will be one in june but I mean why so few updates? How can we develop websites if there is gonna be an update each 6 months basically?

    No one can give the absolutely right logic about this first thing. In other way why you need PR? PR does not matter in today's world. If you are getting right traffic, and business than you will never see PR. These type of questions come when we are not getting business a lot and we are not getting traffic. This case may be for few people but it is very true.

    Google provides tips and suggestion through Google webmaster tool and Google Webmaster Central Blog to increase website visibility and make it more user friendly. I think, we should follow that and nothing to do special.

    The same way webpages ranked when PR was updating quarterly, prove the existing PR on the backlink page looks legit (backlink page link profile).

    Public PR on legit pages doesn't usually drop, especially when traffic is building links to the backlink pages (the original source of PR).

    As always, do the research.

      I also dont put much importance in PR but for getting sponsored reviews and alot of other stuff, you still need a good Pagerank. Thats what I realized as blogger.

    Yeah same here bro, but honestly I don't care anymore. Instead I focused more on my traffic and social media interaction, true that PR is pleasing to the eyes but that's it...

    My dear friend, PR is upto 10. If now you are eager to have the PR update so early, what it would be after 10, your demand would go beyond that. My suggestion to you is that be patient, it will definitely be updated soon.

      I had a penalty where my pr decreased to 1 now its to 0 ... I think im on googles bad side now. Pr is still an important metric in the SEO world
