Hey guys, i have one question:

Im building a website. Lets say about webdesign.

My keywords would be:
  • Webdesign costs
  • Prices webdesign
  • Cheap webdesign
  • Prices for webdesign
  • Web design company
  • Web design firm

So which kind of website template is the most effective in order to link the keywords to my website in the most effective way?

I found a website template which has a great landing page, but I don't have many option to write on it.

In this case I would have to construct a form like this :

  • Webdesign . c o m / webdesign prices (here I would have articles and prices in order to max the keywords (Webdesign costs/Prices webdesign/Cheap webdesign)

And for the other two keywords I would construct another form like this:

  • Webdesign . c o m / Ourcompany (here I would have articles in order to max the 2 keywords. Web design company and Web design firm.)

The problem is that I think its not the best way to maximize the effectiveness of linkbuilding since I would have to create links to two different subpages of my website, so it would be half of the link power.

Would it be better to write the down part of the landingpage of w w w . webdesign . C o m with blog articles where I write about all the stuff related to all my keyworlds so that I just would have to link everything to webdesign.com?

I could give you my opinion, and I'm sure plenty of people are going to jump in here and do that, but honestly, this is something easy for you to figure out for yourself.

Why not just look at some of the top ranking websites in your niche and see how they are handling this?

Putting a blog on the front page of a site about web design is not the way I would do it. I think that is a really bad idea.

First of all thank you for your time. I really appreciate it. Why would it be a bad idea?

I did it and i found out, that most of them look like this:

      - webdesign.com/webdesigncosts
      and
      - webdesign.com/Ourcomapny etc.

So basically some of them have some links refering to /ourcompany (like 20% of all the links refering to the website) and like 25 % to /webdesigncosts and the rest 25 % are refering to webdesign.com and the rest % to other subparts of the url.

Would it be ok like that?

    Hi,
It's always a good idea to create links not only to the landing page, but to adjacent pages too. It looks more natural to Google.

I prefer too to create a landing page for every group of related keywords. I lets me adjust the keyword density and other parameters more comfortably.

From SEO point of view, do not try to target more than 2-3 keywords per post article. Add more LSI keywords and variations inside the article to make the article more relevant

Article needs to sound natural. Google is all about semantics now. You want many variants of the target keywords in your niche.

i.e. plumber, plumbing company, plumbing consultant, plumbing tips.

Google detects keywords clout which is better than LSI keywords.
