Bad backlink profiles - Do I have one?

Hey everyone,
I've got a site in the meditation niche that is being difficult to rank. I exchanged a few emails with Glen from Viperchill.com and he was saying that I had some 'suspicious' links from India pointing to my blog.
But when I plug my blog into majestic seo it comes back with a citation flow of 27 and a trust flow of 31. Now I have heard that when the trust flow is around the same power as the citation flow it generally means that you've got a pretty decent link profile.
I'm no link expert or anything, in fact I'm a novice. So I was wondering if someone could check out my link profile to see if I do need to clean it up or if it is fine as it is, I would really appreciate it and it would give me some peace of mind
