Hi,
Is there any information out there that can note how Google would treat data that has been scraped or shared?
If data is "scraped" from CNN (for example) and stored on a website, would there be some kind of penalty?
For the second part of the question
, if Site A had 100 pages of content (and was ranked high in the "niche", etc.) and then fixed it so that Site B would refer to the same content, would there be some kind of penalty as well?
