Hello. does anyone know which is better when it comes quality traffic and high conversion rate?

PPC brings the highest quality traffic. PPV could be also good, but you have to spend a little more time to make sure you master it. Also PPV would require a more specific landing page in order to make it work.

Depends on what you sell and depends on your experiences. If you are a beginner (and with a small budget) I would go with PPC. But read some guides before, such promotion has its own laws and dynamics.

  A basic solution would be to setup some good tracking and try everything possible. Get rid of the bad sources and scale up on the good ones. It's as simple as that in my opinion.

  This depends on your goal.
  
  PPC - Pay Per Click...you only pay when a user clicks your ad, which means you're paying for direct traffic.
  
  PPV - Pay Per View...you pay when a user performs an action that causes your ad to display.
  
  Both can be successful but PPV tends to require a bigger budget and more work and can be difficult to track.
  
  I would go with PPC and if you have a larger budget and are interested in display ads, the AdWords Display Network on a CPC model may be a better alternative to the PPV AdWare model. Still requires a lot of time to block junk placements, but you still only pay for clicks and the targeting options are pretty robust. There's also a built in display ad builder tool for ad creative creation.

Well, In my opinion PPC would be the better choice because it will bring legitimate and quality traffic to your site i.e you can say chances of conversion from the PPC visitor is much more higher that the PPV visitor.

Everything is simple and everything depends on your goals. If your goal is to get leads, then use PPC. If your goal is to make more views, to promote brand - choose the second one. Everything is simple.

According to me both are very useful source for paid advertisement. But which medium is helpful for you depends on your product or service which you are going to offer. If your products are attractive that able to give you business such as clothes, ornament or something like that then PPV is beneficial or if you are providing any services then it is the best.
