how can i chose template for my website and test it for seo
i have website used blogger template and when i checked for seo it is very bad
how can i chose one and how can test it for seo and ranking

A little research online would get you tons of free blogger templates.

I would suggest you to provide a few lines of text for every post on the home page. Make use of 'More' button. Do not show entire post on the home page.

Looks like you are writing about Business Management, wish I can understand a bit of it.

  I also see a error on top of the page "TEMPLATE ERROR: Unknown runtime binding: else in widget"
  
  Why not go for wordpress, you can find tons of themes to go for in the wordpress repository and for SEO, you can start with Wordpress SEO plugin by Yoast, this should cover the basic SEO and Theme issues pretty well.
