Local SEO Anchor Text Tool

OK I know I saw a tool out there that would automatically create an assortment of local anchor text for any geographical location. You just give it the major city and the target keyword and it creates lots of variations using all the local communities.

Example

give it:
widgets new york

it creates:
widgets new york
widgets brooklyn
widgets manhatten
new jersey widgets
bronx widgets
widgets queens

i know its out there but I cant find it. Anybody know?

above nebtioned tools are good to use. I am using these for websit http://www.exbace.com/ . All tools are helpful and i started gaining ranking with xbrl software.
