Citation building/Link posting

I am "rehabbing" a local site I have and one piece is to find all the citation sites my competitors are using and create ones for my site. Can someone recommend someone who can take the list of urls from scrapebox and Ahrefs and create listings for me? It seems there should be some software that is capable of doing this and if I knew what it is called I could then just look for Fiverr gigs or post help wanted here or on Odesk.

    I would not turn over citation building to any software. Software like that is too buggy. If it screws up and doesn't post it right, you do not get the citation benefit. With some directories, it is a pain in the butt to get a correction made. It took 2 months and 3 requests recently for Yelp to make a correction on one for me.

    It is best to have someone do it by hand.

    I don't know of any services that will do it on a list of URLs that you provide, but there are plenty that do it on a list of directories they have.
