analysis of backlink list

Hi fellas,

I tried to search something like that online. Came up with few softs that does a lot of what I dont need and don't do what I actually need the way I need.(SEO Spyglass etc...)
What I have is a bunch of big excel files with backlinks. I have scripted out all domain duplicates and what I need is a simple tool that does quick analysis of the domain (the domain and not that particular page on the domain, I must add).
The minimum of what I need is Pagerank, unique visitors per day (as accurate as possible) and amount of pages that domain has. (How many backlinks that domain has and how many domains it backlinks to would be a bonus).
The question - is there a software that would take that list and do that for me? Speed is not really a requirement as long as it does it automatically. Doesnt have to be freebie either.

Thanks and any response would be highly appreciated.

    Well, @lantash tell you what there isn't a tool that can do this for you in the white hat way trying to do this things using the help of tools you can get yourself penalised I'll say rather than searching some tools I would say why don't you hire some professional that can do this work for you manually, just don't hire some SEO professional to do that because that will again ended up in ..... try hiring some professional for yourself, I am sure if you do a normal googling there are a number of freelancers available that could the work for for you !!

    You can use backlinkwatch. Its a free program that lists the backlinks. You can analyze them manually.

      But the problem with backlinkwatch is it only shows first 1000 backlinks means rest of the backlink will go unseen.

    Hey,

    Thanks for your replies. I think you guys misunderstand what I'm after. At least partially.
    I already have the list of backlinks. As well as filtered out duplicate domains. What I was looking for is a tool that would analyze those. I already thought of freelancer, but was hoping that there could be something to cut the time (and probably cost vs freelancing it) down in analyzing them.

    Just a thought.

    This one has everything I need. BUT it takes time to process each link and has lots of bits of info I dont need. Is there a way to have the same stuff done faster without need of that page. They get info somewhere, dont they?
    I need just 3 to 4 piece of data from it. Something like a script - takes a link , sends to that page and extracts info bits I need, inserts in nearby columns and goes to next one. Doesnt even need to reduce the link to root domain. And a good thing about this site is that it doesnt have captcha.
    Any thoughts?

    @lantash, just wanted to say that SEO SpyGlass does have many of the metrics you need. The Pro version lets you import a list of URLs (right click -> Add Backlinks), and then you can get domain PageRank, domain traffic according to Compete, Alexa rank (if you need it), and the number of pages indexed in Google (Yahoo! or Bing if you choose). It'll remove duplicates, too.

    There are backlink stats as well (the number of outgoing links from a page), but these are calculated on the page level. At the same time, you can remove the metrics you don't need in SEO SpyGlass from the table and leave just the one's you want to see. You can also choose which URLs to update stats for at a time.
