  • don't look for link builder look for marketing specialists

Link builders (generally) just create poor quality links that are not going to help you at all
A marketing specialist will identify your niche, reach out to others in it and create a personal apporach for you, they will then create some content that will be worthy of a backlink.

ps - the specialist will probably charge 10x the amount

I agree, it will be a higher price but is well worth it.

      What?

A link builder can do the same exact thing. I was a link builder and I did a lot of competitors analysis, created spreadsheets upon spreadsheets, created multiple powerpoints, worked with countless of sites, dealt with public trelations, made sure that everythign was done correctly

Honestly, you can find a link builder that will do all of that for you. The trick is YOU have to be the expert . So you got to make sure they know what they're doing. Start reading up on link building and then you can figure out who you want to work with you.

As others have said, "link builders" use blackhat methods that will get you spanked by Google.

I'm a bit biased, but I think the best thing you can do to build quality backlinks is to create good content. Linkbait articles will always work because they provide Google with exactly what it wants. Google can't punish you for generating quality backlinks. That's the backbone of their entire search engine.

And yeah, effective content is expensive. It takes a lot of research to supply a given niche with the info it wants.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.

Tell you what don't hire a link builder rather than consider building it yourself. There's nothing much left over the linking building i.e. indulging over the forums, Yahoo Q//A, mosaichub Q/A ..... etc. Hiring a link builder is not preferred.

Brownie points, like 14000 posts on WF or 5 pages of dubious reviews.

The main points you would really want to know are.

"Can you rank my F***ing page?"

    and

"How much is it going to cost me?"

    and

"How longs it going to take?"

    and

"What happens if everything you promised is complete BS?"

    and

"Whats the content quality of the links you will be making?"

    and

"What automated processes are you using?"

    and

"Whats the quality of the outbound linked sites, I will be sharing PR from pages with?"
Example, do I want a link from the same page as a link pointing to best-ever-4-slice-toaster-review.weebly.com?
