WooCommerce and SEO?

Hi all,
I've tried searching for this topic, but nothing comes up so here goes...
I run a few Amazon Associate websites and want to create a few new sites with products that change regularly. As I won't have time to update the products as they change, I have been advised to use the WooCommerce plugin to pull in the Amazon API.
I just wondered what everyone's thoughts are about this. I would imagine lots of the information in the API will be seen as duplicate content in Google's eyes, so I wondered if anyone has got any experience with this plugin. I intend on adding lots of other content, but the products themselves will be changing regularly.
Any thoughts?
