For local seo on your website pages you have to add your business in some Local business listing sites ,local classified ads site,local directory submission ,etc to get top rank.

Main thing for Local SEO is, you have to submit your business in Google my business and create a Google plus business page. As you create the Google my business, fill the profile completely. Don't leave anything blank. When you give the description about your business, there you can use the keywords for which you want in Google. Then, Submit your site in local classifieds, and as many as business/web directories as possible. When you select the web/business directories, make sure those are all high PR sites.

11. Digg for natural links. This keeps the engines active no matter what.
12. No follow attribute for all the backlinks build out there.
13. Classic SEO momentum - Turn the CTA(Call-to-Action) to a valid Click!
14. Distribute content. Rich content, with more than 500 words!
15. Interact with social activity - go to charity, spread flyere, become known local - and get listed on Chamber of Commerce website!

I am also facing same problem. i have done good on-page and off page for aqua-gulf.com but still not keywords in top 100 evening.. loosing ranking ever weekly.. Why so please help.. guys..
