How did they add the Jump to and hyperlink within the rich snippet? Is it schema or open graph?

    I agree with Paul on them just being for long web pages and anchors. I have used schema in the past but to add stars to Amazon review stores and affiliate sites.

    Jump links aren't only for long pages.

    Jump links are from HTML jump links on your own webpage, then those jump links can be be displayed in Google SERP listing assuming you have the page structured correctly.

    Look at how Wikipedia structures their pages with TOC jump links, the links jump down the same page to a keyword stuffed <h2> tag, then below that <h2> tag is a keyword stuffed internal link pointing at a 2nd page that includes the 1st page jump link anchor-text in the 2nd page <title>.

    It's all about relevancy. It's always about relevancy.

    There's no need for schema tags, it's old school #jump links, example it's usually pretty easy to trigger a jump link for a Wikipedia page:
