Best Article Directories For Getting Backlinks?

The best in the league is ezine articles, goarticles and Buzzle.com

i have uploaded article to these directories but yahoo only seems to be picking up ezine, my buzzle or go articles have not being piacked up yet and they were all submited 7/8 days ago.

maybe i should just keep submitting and not be worrying

actually nobody gets penalized for duplicate content. BUT sites get devalued.

Often times the least trusted site gets devalued, which is normally the home site, and not the article directory.

thats why the article directory often comes up in serps before the home article holder

if you have the same article on your site...and post it on ezine....

you're right that if your site goes to the supplemental index that that's not a penalty

that's a filter

i would NOT recommend posting the same article from your site to ezine or other major authority sites. Your site will end up losing in the end

For me the best one is ezine obviously and i just use resource box but i think so you are allowed to put 2 links in content as well. Goarticles, buzzle and articlealley are the other good ones i have tried for article marketing purpose

Any of the major automated article submitters are good. Unique Article Wizard, Article Marketer, isnare, they all provide the same sort of service at roughly the same price. Make sure to combine these networks with proper article directories as well however (such as Squidoo, Ezine Articles, Hubpages, Goarticles etc)

I've had success with the following:

ezinearticles
articlesbase - approves my articles instantly
searchwarp
articledashboard

Please stay away from submitting to directories that are crawled by search engines and don't have much visitors. I have tried submission services in the past and it didn't work for me. But when i changed to just 10-20 high PR, fast approving and fast visiitng by search engine, i have noticed some changes. But the most important for you is ezinearticles where you will get traffic that will give you some money.

Most article directories will only allow links in the resource box rather than in content. If you want links in content then those web2.0 sites (such as Squidoo, Hubpages etc) are of better choice.

I wouldn't write for GoArticles for the links. My backlinks have not shown up for articles I wrote nearly 2 months ago. I'm not writing any more articles for GA until I see some results.
