Submit your sitemap to Google and wait. It takes days for Google to start indexing other pages on your site. Mine usually takes 4 days after a post is published if the site is new.

Did you make backlinks to your posts? If yes, then do the opposite. Make backlinks to your homepage. It will make your post appear in Google, not your front page (homepage).

Dmoz listing is a good option but can take long time to approve!

Submitting your sitemap can speed up the process of indexing posts, also building few quality back links to your website pages will definitely help in indexing your posts much quicker in the future and it will help in your website overall SEO.

While submitting your site to index in google just make sure to tick the option of index url and linked pages. It will let google index your website and all other linked pages. Create backlinks with your post urls by using your targeted keywords.

Alternatively, you can just fetch and submit the urls of your new posts via Google Webmaster Tools, although it's best to let Google index it naturally.

Maybe this is a simplistic answer, but is it possible you have no followed your links off your main/home page so that Google can't actually reach interior pages? Have you examined your linking structure? Maybe your menu is javascript so that it's hard for the Googlebot to reach interior pages. This could be a simple mechanical error related to bad coding. Examine all these details before you assume Google hasn't tried to index your interior pages.
