adwords with clickbank - is it possible??

It has been a very long time since the last time I used adwords campaigns. I know that Google has changed their policies a lot since the last time I had a running campaign.
Now It has strict rules about affiliate links and it only posts one ad on a keyword that has more than one ad leading to the same landing page look and feel.
Also it requires that the destination url and display url at least share the same main domain. With clickbank's new hop links that would be impossible. You cannot use redirects either.
Does that mean that we have to have those ads lead to our own landing page. But how will we test conversion this way, because the content of our landing page will have a full impact on the test.
I would love to hear what you think and if you are running adowrds with clickbank, how do you do it.
