How Do I Find My Competitors Backlinks?

There is this site at CollageVideo.com (fitness video site) that had 4,500 backlinks.
When I run PR analysis on it with Market Samurai it says that it has 6xPR6 Links, 1xPR7 link, 0xPR8 Links, and 19xPR9 links!!!
I'm wondering how they pickedup a fully 19 PR 9 links.
Can someone tell me how I can find a way to extract out the High PR links to this site so I can see where they were picked up from?
