Rank a non English site !!!

Hello,

I manual created some high authority WEB2.0 sites with unique good reading France content. I manual posted every week a post to each WEB2.0 with video and / or image. The posts are unique and rich with the kws that I want to rank well.

My competition is very high and I would like to know some tips to rank well. So any suggestion is acceptable.

1. Do I have to created more than 6 WEB2.0 sites that I already made? Because of the competition !

2. How much is a good % to give a backlink to posts ? Maybe 1 backlink every 2 or 3 posts ?

3. Is it good and how often to make a backlink with mine too or not (to my money site), to a high PR authority site with relevant content ?

4. Can I rank 2 different sites with same subject (hotels) from the same WEB2.0s or I must create others WEB2.0s ?

5. What type (platforms) of Backlinks to use for backlinks for my Tier1 WEB2.0 ? (WEB2.0, Social Network, Bookmarks...) ?

6. And final my BIG question. I want to create some Tier 2 to my WEB2.0 sites but it is very hard to make France unique content again! Is it good and safe to give some backlinks with English content (WEB2.0, articles) and get some backlinks from outside France ?
