No point in searching for better KW research tools than Google provides. This tool is a mother of all other tools out there. The only difference lies in presentation of data.

Sure, KW planner won't show you a lot of KWs that might be in the range of your interests. So you need to think a bit out of the box and use your investigation skills. Think about the niche and most popular terms people can use to find stuff they are looking for. One example is "TOP 10 [insert your KW]". Searching that way will uncover a lot of KWs you would never find using only your seed term.

Once you have gathered a lot of KWs use Excel to sort them by specific words using filter options. Once you have done it you should have a nice list of KW groups your might want to target.

I have been using only google adwords tool for searching keywords . I am no sure whether other free tools can give better suggestions than google adwords tool

It has already been said, googles keyword tool is free as well. They're a billion dollar company, why are you looking for a software that doesn't have the nearly as much money as google to give you a functional tool. Stop making it harder on yourself.

the only keyword research tool you need, which is 100 per cent accurate , takes into account, competitors site status and alot more statistics than any of the free keyword tools gives keywords you can easily rank for with very little effort and shows you what to avoid, is right here on the warrior forum,

used it once so far , ranked for every keyword that came back, with little to no effort

i wont mention the name as to not advertise, but it saves you hours and hours of research,

There are diffrent keyword tools available. But I am not having much idea whether they ask for the credit card info and personal info when using it. Some of the keyword tools that I know are KeywordSpy, SEMRush, KeywordEye etc.

Honestly, I primarily use the Google Adwords Keyword tool but SEMrush.com is a pretty good keyword research tool. I also sometimes use: Keyword suggestion tool — Google suggest scraper — Übersuggest

You probably don't know how to use Adwords keyword planner. Google doesn't request for your credit card information before you can use theit keyword tool. It's totally free and I know because I've been using it for 5 years now. It's the best free keyword research tool.

If you are looking for an alternative, try Market Samurai, Jaaxy, or Long Tail Pro. They are all paid tools though.
