Is subdomain or ccTLD Local Domain more suitable?

Dear all,

Good day! Hope you all are doing great today =)

I have a business which is going to expand to some other regional countries.

I have some confusion during the website development.

My root domain is myaonelearning.com

I was thinking to create

Subdomain

sg.myaonelearning.com (for Singapore)
my.myaonelearning.com (for Malaysia)

or

ccTLD (Local Domain)

myaonelearning.com.sg (for Singapore)
myaonelearning.com.my (for Malaysia)




My idea is almost same as --> LOUIS VUITTON | Select Your Country

When you click into this website, it will be the selection of countries of LV service.

After you select a country (let's say Australia), you will be directed to www.au.louisvuitton.com (for australia), which is a subdomain of LOUIS VUITTON | Select Your Country


I am wondering if the subdomain is a better practice in this situation, or preferably a local domain (.com.au) will be better?

1. Is there any difference in the view of SEO?
2. Will all the subdomain helps each other in Page ranking? (I know it won't happen in ccTLD)
