Are Adword Title Dynamic?

Hi Guys

I've run a few campaigns and had no changes to my ad title, text lines or URL. Now I'm having someone tell me that the headline is dynamic.

I've not experienced this but this offline company that's pitching to me to run the PPC and says that the title is dynamic and Google can change it.

Any news on this (or a point in the right direction)?

Thanks

Alan

    You can do what's called DKI - Dynamic Keyword Insertion. You can use it on any line in your ad but it is meant primarily for your title.

    {keyword: default Text}

    Adwords will use your keyword (not the search term used) and insert it into your ad. If the keyword creates a line that is too long, the default text is used instead.

    {keyword:any text of your choice}

    Use it title or your description to attract eye balls.
