Does adding Facebook comments box have any benefit ?

Hi all. I have 600 daily visitors to my blog and I have zero daily comments on my posts. In fact , I had like 3-4 comments so far in 3 months.

I switched from Wordpress comments to Disqus , but same results. I see people of my country are using facebook comments more often.

But the fact is , I really hate. it takes time to load , and sometimes it doesn't.

And I have a belief that google doesnt care at all by facebook comments. I have a big belief that google doesnt index tons of facebook content , like groups posts and pages posts and of course ,comments on these.

Or am I wrong ?

    99.99% of the time there is no benefit to comments, whether they are Facebook, Disqus, or any other variety.

      Yeah i don't use comments. I use social media, my website won't be the social potential of any big media engine, play to win, make the convos happen over there.

    In my point, comments are useful to get feedback in general. But for SEO I don't recommend.

    It's not a big deal for you website, but it does provide feedback and testimonials. Some people actually read comments and decide whether to stay or go!

    Blog comments does have its value in SEO.Blog comments are seen as content. Other people are writing your content for you. Visitors add a blog comment, the blog owner replies, someone else chimes in and soon you have a conversation developing. It is not unusual to see some blogs with twenty or more comments, if the discussion is really sparking.
