What could be the strategy for this?

Can anyone suggest me about how to do right things with what strategy for a website that is purely based on contest, deals and competition. Here people can update there deals or contests, offers. What would be the recommended work ethic for this?

The standard work: no black hat SEO or SEO bots/software, high pr backlinks, social media and ads.

I recommenced Only follow White hat seo , dont goes with do follow methods because of black hat seo always Effet your website ranking on major search Engines
