Adding SSL to website - is it easy to do?

Has anyone gone to SSL with their site here? Think it makes a difference? Also can you do it if your site is on a platform like Shopify ?

    Shopify should have support to answer any related questions. I know they have a dedicated forum. Personally I would look for a live chat on the Shopify site (right sidebar).

    I haven't messed with SSL yet, probably won't unless my older sites take a dive in the SERPs, hasn't happened yet.

    many hosts now offer SSL certificates as a part of your plan (at an added cost). I've seen bluehost preach that it would help your traffic, but I haven't seen any actual supporting data yet (mostly because I haven't looked yet)

      Yeah, I got an email from hostgator yesterday telling me how to will help increase rank and get traffic then sends me to the order form. LOL
