backlinkwatch tool not proper work

Hello,
I face this problem since more then 3 months or more. May be i am not sure that it is a problem for me or one kind of confusion.
Before 3 months ago, i check my back links on backlinkwatch.com and it display around 10000 back link. Then many back links are remove by disavow tool. Webmaster tool display updated back links once in a week. But still backlinkwatch.com display old data.
Why this happen?
