How do I rank in other countries?

I rank pretty well in Google.com/.UK/.AU but I'm trying to rank better in Google.th.

How would I go about doing it, get more links on th domains?

Yes. If possible get such backlinks... But I would also do a LOCAL SEO. Get your website listed in local directories, post in local Social Bookmarking sites, if there are any forums, you could take part in them... It should be much easier (you can also investigate your competitor's backlinks for a few ideas!)

create backlinks from *.th sites. i.e. forums. blogs or websites.
As well as grow your Facebook page audience from specific location: ads with " Targeted Location".
There is option " Geo Targeting " in Google and Bing webmasters.

That is the best choice if you have a really important to you project, but if you want to rank parasite website you can do it on EN target sites as well.

More backlinks from .th sites, as others have stated, will help your site rank better in that country. Even backlinks from .com sites can help it rank better as well. Maybe there's more competition for that keyword in google.co.th than there is in google.com/co.uk/com.au.

It's a pretty simple logic.
Getting links from that country tells Google that you are interested in Google.th as well.

If you can't find links from Thailand for free which is normally difficult then you need to buy and make them up.

The key to local SEO is citations. Citation is where you list the business you are trying to rank in local business directories. This includes the local yellow pages and so on. Citations can be time consuming. First you need to find the directories and secondly you need to submit the details of the company to the citation sites.
There are a number of Fiverr gigs that offer citation services for different countries. try them if you want to do it faster.
