Never tried it though but I think EZA has all the right quality articles that you can use on your site. Only problem is that you will have to compete with the same articles on other sites.

I usually just do update my blog on Wordpress just two to three times a week. Then just ping it. Most of the time I spend building backlinks coming to my sites for it to have better visibility...
